But over time, I became increasingly frustrated with the industry’s inefficiencies—delivery delays, broken promises, complex supply chains, and poor customer service were all too common. While the world advanced, the industry struggled to keep pace. In 2020, amid the challenges of COVID-19, I took the opportunity to build something better, something I truly believed in.
